We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of our perfume and candles. If for any reason you are not satisfied, we offer a return policy that ensures you get the best possible customer service. Here's how it works:
Perfume:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We do not accept returns used products due to hygiene reasons.
- If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct one.
Candles:
- If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
- We accept returns on unused products within 30 days of purchase.
- If you received an incorrect item, please contact us immediately and we will send you the correct one.
To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at 0876728267 with your order number, item(s) being returned, and a reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions and return shipping instructions.
Please note, we reserve the right to deny a return if we feel that our policies have been abused or taken advantage of. We also do not refund shipping fees.
